This statement is published in line with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This policy does not form part of any employee’s contract of employment and can be amend at any time.

Buzz Housekeeping Services Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within our business or in any of our supply chains.
About Us
Buzz Housekeeping Services is a specialist cleaning contractor who supplies temporary, permanent, interim and contracted staff around London to the NHS, Private Health Care Services, Office Buildings, Schools and Colleges.

Who Is Responsible For this Policy?
Our polices apply to all our employees and to anyone engaged with our organisation, whether temporary or contracted.

The Director of Buzz has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy with Buzz Management. With Management having the day to day responsibility to ensure compliance for implementing this policy, monitoring its use and effectiveness and dealing with any queries and auditing internal control systems and procedures to ensure they are effective in countering modern slavery? Supervisors will be responsible for ensuring those reporting to them understand and comply with this policy and are given adequate and regular training.
Breaches Of This Policy
Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We will also terminate our relationship with any organisation working with us that breach this policy.

This statement was approved by the company Director (Buzz Housekeeping Services Ltd), for the financial year ending 31 August 2021. This statement will be reviewed and updated yearly.
