Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time, Evenings & Weekends Available
The Role
As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and continue living comfortably in familiar surroundings.
We believe continuity of care is essential. Wherever possible, you will visit the same clients each week, allowing you to build trusted relationships and understand their individual preferences, routines, and needs.
Our minimum visit duration is one hour, ensuring there is enough time to provide person-centred support without rushing.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Building positive and trusting relationships with clients
- Supporting clients with maintaining their independence
- Assisting with daily living activities in accordance with care plans
- Preparing meals and refreshments
- Supporting clients with shopping and errands
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
- Light household duties and maintaining a safe home environment
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns to management
- Promoting dignity, choice, and respect at all times
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
